Seattle area chef Chad Clift has extensive training and experience in cooking a wide variety of cuisines. After he graduated from high school, he moved to Portland to attend the Oregon Culinary Institute. After graduating, he apprenticed with a well-known Thai restaurant in Portland before moving back to Seattle. Clift has lived and worked in the Seattle restaurant business for over fifteen years, and plans on having a long career.
